Bonus Terms Explained — No More Confusion
Before you claim any bonus, make sure you understand what these common terms actually mean. We break them down plainly so you're never caught off guard.
Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. An X15 rollover on a RM100 bonus means you need to place a total of RM1,500 in bets before cashing out.
Example: Receive RM100 bonus with X20 rollover → must wager RM2,000 total before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While a bonus is active, most platforms cap your maximum bet per round to prevent bonus abuse. Exceeding this cap can forfeit your bonus entirely.
Example: Bonus terms state max bet RM50 per spin. If you bet RM100 per spin while bonus is active, the bonus may be voided.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack or baccarat may only contribute 10%–20% of each bet.
Example: RM100 bet on slots = RM100 rollover progress. RM100 bet on baccarat (10% contribution) = only RM10 rollover progress.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the time of claiming. If you don't meet the rollover within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed automatically.
Example: Claim a bonus on 1 January with 14-day expiry → must complete wagering by 15 January or bonus is forfeited.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A non-sticky bonus is separate from your real money and is removed after the wagering requirement is met — you keep the winnings. A sticky bonus stays in your account permanently but can never be withdrawn; only the winnings generated from it are withdrawable.
Example: RM100 sticky bonus + RM250 winnings → you can withdraw RM250 (the winnings), not the RM100 bonus principal.
Maximum Cash-Out Cap
Some bonuses limit the total amount you can withdraw from winnings derived using bonus funds. This is the maximum cash-out cap — even if you win big, withdrawals from that bonus are capped at a fixed amount, often RM 500–RM 2,880.
Example: Welcome bonus max cash-out RM2,880. You win RM5,000 from bonus play → you may withdraw a maximum of RM2,880 from that bonus session.
