Welcome to Untung99. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Untung99 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Untung99 website at untung99.cam, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Untung99 provides online casino gaming, live dealer table games, slot titles, and sports betting services including but not limited to football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, Champions League), MA and UFC markets, virtual sports, and other wagering products available on the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Untung99 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Untung99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Untung99 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Own Account: You must be registering and operating the account strictly for your own personal use. Registering or operating an account on behalf of another individual, group, or entity is prohibited.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of Untung99, its affiliated entities, or any third-party game provider whose products are offered on the Platform.
6. Jurisdiction Compliance: You confirm that accessing and using online gambling services is not prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful under the laws of your country or territory of residence.

To access the full range of Untung99 services — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds — you are required to complete the account registration process and, where prompted, the KYC identity verification procedure.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• Your date of birth (must be 21 years or older)
• Your country and city of residence
• A valid mobile phone number for account security and two-factor authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Untung99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification is required before processing any withdrawal. Standard documentation includes a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or driver's license, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (issued within the last 3 months), and a selfie holding your identity document. Untung99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Untung99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree that in using the Platform you will at all times:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Accurately represent your identity and not impersonate any person or entity
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account
• Not use the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law
• Respect other users and Platform staff at all times — abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward support agents or other users is prohibited
• Not attempt to access, alter, or interfere with the Platform's systems, software, or data in any unauthorised manner

Untung99 games and sports betting products are provided for entertainment purposes. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate for access from any specific location, and players access the service on their own initiative and at their own risk.

Untung99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies including BTC, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), and ETH.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Processing Time: The majority of withdrawals via FPX and DuitNow are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically completed within 1hour.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have completed full KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review.
• Payment Method Matching: Untung99 requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible, as anti-fraud measure.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Untung99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to payment method verification screenshots and source-of-funds declarations for high-value withdrawals exceding RM 10,000 per transaction.

Untung99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, referal rewards, and VIP programme benefits ("Promotions") to eligible Members from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all Untung99 Promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from X10 to X30 of the bonus amount and will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is generally capped. Placing bets in excess of this cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All Promotions carry an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claiming). Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry result in automatic bonus forfeiture.
• Abuse and Fraud: Untung99 reserves the right to cancel any Promotion and withold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or exploitation of errors in the Platform.
• One Promotion Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, each Promotion is available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

Untung99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each offer before claiming.

All bets, wagers, and gaming rounds placed on the Untung99 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (such as those applicable to individual sports betting markets or specific casino game variants) are accessible within each relevant product section of the Platform.

• Finality of Results: Once a bet or wager has been placed and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be modified or cancelled by the User except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature.
• Odds Accuracy: Untung99 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of published odds and game Return-to-Player (RTP) rates. However, in the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure, Untung99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets may not be placed in excess of the User's available Real Money Balance or applicable bonus balance. Untung99 does not extend credit for wagering purposes.
• Game Integrity: All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of real-world sporting events.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits apply to all wagering products and are displayed within each game or market. Untung99 may impose individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Untung99 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform in any manner designed to exploit errors, lopholes, or unintended features for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, chip dumping, or the use of the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting programmes to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Untung99 staff or other users through any channel
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, impairs, or degrades the Platform's availability or performance for other users

Untung99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Suspected money laundering or violation of AML obligations
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction
• Where Untung99 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Company or to the integrity of the Platform

Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after all pending bets are settled will be returned to the Member via the verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC where not already completed. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon closure.

Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling purposes may do so by contacting Untung99 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed permanently or for a defined minimum period. All content available on the Untung99 Platform — including but not limited to the Untung99 brand name, logo, trade marks, service marks, domain names, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and multimedia assets — is the exclusive property of Untung99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform's intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of Untung99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Untung99, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of the cause of action.

Untung99 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Untung99 is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or network connectivity interruptions beyond Untung99's reasonable control
• Inaccurate or delayed data feeds from third-party sports data providers
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access resulted from the Member's failure to maintain adequate account security
• Changes in applicable law, regulation, or government action that affect the availability of services in a particular jurisdiction

Untung99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Untung99 will notify registered Members by email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.

Untung99 recommends that Members review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms is always available at untung99.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Untung99's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration institution.

Untung99 operates an internal complaints procedure for the resolution of Member disputes. To raise a formal complaint, Members should submit a written description of the issue to [email protected], referencing their account username and the relevant transaction or bet reference numbers. Untung99 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
